Shipping availability and cost

FunCarScale offers free tracked shipping to destinations supported at checkout. The current shipping rates do not require a minimum order value. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm that shipping is available for your destination before placing your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate and may vary. The current estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, local carriers, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

The configured shipping method includes tracking. Tracking details are sent after the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@funcarscale.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from our support team.

Taxes and duties

Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. For destination-specific questions about import duties or other charges, contact support before ordering.
